Declan is an experienced Real Estate Broker, with a strong background in marketing and exceptional skills in guiding a transaction through to close. Declan has closed on over 100 transactions and facilitated the purchase or sale of over $25 mllion worth of real estate since the market peaked in 2005.
Helping people buy & sell homes has resulted in experience with all types of real estate product, markets, circumstances and a myriad of financial arrangements & contractual situations.

Declan is very involved with the community. He co-founded the Irish Networking Society (INS) in 1994 and is currently on the Board of Trustees of Irish Chamber of Commerce USA (ICCUSA) New England Chapter. He is a member of Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and the National Association of Realtors and been awarded with the Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist designation by the Real Estate Cyber Society (RECS).

Tara has grown up around the real estate business and knows the importance of customer service, negotiation skills, and interpersonal relations. Tara started with Home Run Realty in March 2006 and has had immediate success.
She works with both buyers and sellers from small condos to multi-family homes. Her efforts never go unnoticed and she attributes much of her success to her past clients and comtinuous referrals.
Tara strives to focus her attention on what her clients want. Tara received her undergraduate degree from Liverpool University, England. Tara currently resides in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Candi’s interest in real estate started at a very young age. As a child, Candi would assist her family with their rental property and it was from there that her interest in real estate grew.
